The title explains it all! This blog is designed for all of you ladies trying to make your way through your wonderful (& sometimes stressful) years of college. My goal is to share some easy and healthy recipes, ideas on how to keep off the freshman 15 (or is it 20 now?), and some inexpensive, yet fabulous ways to look your best for whatever college event you’re headed to next! Sometimes it’s hard to have a balanced life in college since you’re having to stay up really late, eating whatever is most convenient, and not having time to truly take care of your body the way it deserves to be taken care of! I hope that you find this blog to be helpful, fun, and full of ideas that can make these next few years a little less “unbalanced”.
